Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every customer to feel served. We aim to resolve any genuine complaint quickly. This policy explains when and how refunds work for our different products.

PDF reports are digital, downloadable goods. Once generated and delivered to your account, they are considered consumed.

• ✅ Full refund if the report fails to generate due to a technical issue on our side and we cannot resolve it within 48 hours.
• ✅ Full refund if you paid twice for the same report by accident — write to us within 7 days.
• ✅ Full refund if the report content is materially different from what was promised on the product page.
• ❌ No refund simply because you disagree with the astrological interpretation. Astrology is interpretive — see our Terms.
• ❌ No refund after 30 days from purchase.

Monthly and annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.

• You retain access until the end of your current billing period.
• We do not auto-charge after cancellation.
• Pro-rata refunds are not offered for unused days within a billing period.
• If your subscription was created in error or charged after cancellation, write to us within 14 days for a refund.

The one-time Premium Tools unlock (Lo Shu Grid, Vedic Charts, Forecast etc.) is non-refundable once you have used any of the tools. If you have not opened any premium tool, we will refund within 7 days of purchase.

Email support@yogiastrology.in with:

• Your account email
• Order ID (visible on the Orders page)
• Brief reason

We respond within 2 working days. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method (Cashfree) within 5–10 business days.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback through your bank — most issues can be resolved directly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of your account.
